GITC 2021


Ⅰ. Eligibility of youth with disabilities

1. Age: 14~23 years old

2. Types of Disabilities: no restriction in types of disabilities in GITC 2021

  • Individual participation

    Visual, Hearing, Intellectual, Physical disabilities
    and all other types
  • Group participation

    maximum 4 members in a group(single member is allowed),
    no restriction in types of disabilities

3. Number of participants: no restriction

4. Join as a member: Application can be made only after joining as a member

Ⅱ. Eligibility and Roles of Chaperone

1. Eligibility of Chaperone

Government officials related to IT and social welfare, Experts, NGO professionals in the field of persons with disabilities

Ability to manage participant from homeland

Decent knowledge and sound understanding on GITC

English proficiency

2. Roles of Chaperone

To take charge in the process of recruiting and selecting appropriate participants

Submit application forms by Apr. 7th, 2021

To facilitate participants and operation of the competitions (June ~ October, 2021)

To submit the Evaluation of the implementation of the Hanoi Declaration & Capacity Building of Youth with Disabilities by Nov. 30th, 2021

3. Join as a member

Chaperone also need to join as a member prior to apply

4. Registration of a representative Chaperone

More than one chaperone can apply, but a representative should be decided and registered during the application process

The authority will be given to the representative only
