Global IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities

Please see the attached file to get a rough information on the overview, application process, and schedule of GITC 2021.

More detailed schedules and procedure of preliminary round and IT Paralympiad will be noticed soon.

The main schedule that needs to be completed within the deadline is as shown in the table below.

Registration of (representative) Chaperones	by 07 April 2021	Chaperones	- To sign up for membership through the homepage (must complete sign up before the youth) - Roles: support the selection of the youth and the operation of competition - Secretariat will approve chaperones’ sign up - (Please refer to GITC Manual 3~4pg)
Application Process	by 15 April 2021	the Youth	- To sign up for membership through the homepage (Applications can be made only after obtain the membership) - Eligibility: the youth with disability aged 14 to 23 (no restriction on the type of disability) - (Please refer to GITC Manual 3~4pg)
	by 30 April 2021	the Youth	- To submit an application as an individual or team (for the team, one team leader must be selected) - Application form must be filled out sincerely (otherwise, it may not be approved) - (Please refer to GITC Manual 10~11pg)
	by 30 April 2021	Chaperones	- To review eligibility of the youth and approve the application - Secretariat will finally approve the application - (Please refer to GITC Manual 10~11pg)
